COVID Update
With the updated guidance from IDPH, Covid-19 vaccinations are no longer mandatory. Staying up to date with required vaccines and boosters is, however, highly recommended as a component of infection prevention. With this in mind, effective June 1, 2023, Misericordia will no longer mandate employees and volunteers to be up to date with Covid-19 vaccinations and boosters. Please do consider maintaining your status.
Well-fitted masks are required of all employees and visitors in McAuley. All other areas on campus will be mask optional unless the risk is high, based on:
- Covid-19 activity within a specific cohort
- Covid-19 activity within the extended Misericordia Community, and
- CDC assessment of Covid-19 Hospitalizations
